Day 7 Mega Floor Doodles

Today our challenge was to do some mega floor doodles. Well we waited till daddy got home so he could join in. well we got really busy and after bath I realized we didnt do our challenge. So we all layed on the floor and did some doodling... And this last picture is awesome, I thinking on framing it. It Josh, Lucas, & my foot and hand imprint. cant wait to see what Lucas's foot will look like in 10-15 years.. :-)

Day 6 Family Time Together

For todays challenge we are suppose to have some family time together. This is very easy in our house cause we 3 are together alot (when daddys not working). Today hmmm what did we do.... We watch the movie Cars 2, (no pics but super fun time and loved the movie) (Lucas is a big cars fan) Then we all layed on the floor and did some coloring. Mommies favorite :-) Next was a Cars Matching game Then we played with pom poms & made some Owls & did some sorting.

Day 5 Playdoh Experiment

today is day 5 of our hands on play challenge. We were suppose to make homemade playdoh and let our child's mind run free........ super fun.... (for Mommy at least) Lucas is 2.5 and i have not let him play with playdoh hardly at all, so today was challenging. He didn't want to touch it much. He wanted to hit it with the spoon or tree limbs i had on the table. (dad brought home rocks, acorns & tree limbs from the woods after he got back hunting that morning) So........... Me and daddy helped with me creativeness and Lucas toward the end finally started to roll the playdoh in balls or smash it around in his had. NOW he did HELP mix the playdoh at first. But this was defiantly fun and we will be doing it a lot more often, (daddy really got into it) This picture below is the only thing Lucas made on his own. It was a flower for mommy :-)
