the past couple of weeks i have participating in a 21 day Paleo challenge. So far its been really good. I do miss some of my foods but fell so much better.
Back on June 11th i began this challenge. here where my stats, on saturday July 2nd i got my results.
June 11 Results
Weight: 166
Shoulder: 45"
neck: 13"
chest: 42.50"
arm: 12.5"
forearm: 9.75"
waist: 43"
hips: 44"
thigh: 26"
July 2 Results
Weight: 157
Shoulder: 43.5"
neck: 13"
chest: 42.25"
arm: 13.25"
forearm: 9.25"
waist: 38"
hips: 43"
thigh: 23.75"
So that is a total of 9 lbs gone and 9.75 inches gone
I am starting another challenge this Sat July 9th, Im looking forward to more results. I will keep you posted.
